Parasailing

Parasailing is somewhere in between paragliding and water skiing. The participant is towed by a powerful speed boat while attached to a winged canopy known as a parasail wing. As the boat picks up speed, the canopy is hoisted into the air leaving the participant to rocket through the wind and enjoy the view. The advantage over standard paragliding is that it doesnêt require any previous training or skill. The disadvantage is that the paraglider has no control over their movements and simply has to follow wherever the boat goes..
