If you love paragliding and birds of prey, parahawking might just be the ultimate extreme sport. It is a relatively recent concept that combines falconry with performing manoeuvres on a standard paraglider. Birds of prey, such as vultures and hawks, are trained to fly up to the gliders and perform aerobatic tricks for rewards. Parahawking is still fairly rare and there are only a few places in the world that it can be done. The preferred place is Nepal, where the sport was invented by British falconer Scott Mason. .
