Grass Skiing

Grass skiing is summersê version of winter skiing and was initially invented to train skiers for alpine skiing in Europe in the 1960ês. Instead of using skis designed for snow, special smooth, sloped grass skis are used to wheel across the grass and different terrain. Itês an excellent way to maintain your skiing all year through and you donêt have to be wear ski jackets to do it, but some form of protection is advisable as falling on grass is much harder than snow.
